The University of Minnesota Extension at Rice County is the education outreach of the University of Minnesota, connecting education and research to the needs of citizens and communities in Rice County.


Rice County links with the University of Minnesota to provide trained Extension staff in the areas of:

  • Youth Development (4-H)
